1.. Multiple debit/credit cards can be used to pay in full. 2. Walk ups not required to pay reservation fee- walk ups will only be accepted if no other reservation is scheduled. 3. Reservation deposit is:$250/$500 respectively 4. Hourly fee must be paid in advance, if customer requests more time once in the water fee must be paid to extend time (& only if another customer reservation is NOT scheduled) 5. Reservation fee may change according to the dates/holiday 6. Time Extension: If no other reservation is scheduled Captain decides if he/she extends stay at sea. If “customers act” in a way that threatens boat, safety of others or does not comply with Captain or coast coast requests/orders Captain will return to port and customer will still pay full hourly fee.
Customers need to cancel 48 hours before the appointment for 100% refund on the reservation fee
• If they cancel 24 hours before only 50% will be refunded of the fee.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours is not refunded - (no exceptions)
